Sixth Grade

Sixth grade will do advanced PowerPoint. Videos, custom made mp3 music and narration will be added, along with custom animation, PowerPoint templates from outside sources, etc.

PowerPoint - this is the main emphasis of the year. Students will learn to make advanced PowerPoint programs that include custom animation, transitions, custom backgrounds, images from file, video, music and narration.

These are your directions for this file:

• Add custom animation to every item on every page
• Add transitions to every slide
• Add appropriate images of Giraffes from the Internet and/or clipart.
• Replace all "Word Art" with text boxes and regular text
• Create links to two more zoos on the last slide.
• Create a video of you introducing the PowerPoint on the very first slide. You will need to create a new slide and add it before the original first slide.
• Create narration for every slide in the program. Use voice recorder (Start/Programs/Accessories/Entertainment)
• Put music on the last slide. The music must "fade in" and "fade out". Use Audacity and import the audio.
